This public website collects only the information needed to receive, protect, and answer serious inquiries.
What the inquiry form collects
The form collects your name, email address, optional organization, inquiry type, message, consent, and submission time. The information is used to review, route, and respond to your inquiry. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, medical records, government identifiers, or other sensitive information.
Security and abuse prevention
Standard infrastructure logs may record technical information needed for security and reliability. The intake service stores a one-way hash of the normalized email address for rate limiting. Automated abuse controls may reject unusually fast, repeated, malformed, or bot-like submissions.
Retention and access
Inquiry records are retained only as needed to review and respond, protect the service, and maintain appropriate business records. Stored inquiries are restricted to the authenticated H²MOS founder workspace and its controlled server-side services.
If you contact Hip Hop Squared Media by email, the information you send is likewise used to review and respond to the inquiry.
Public and private systems
This website is a public publishing surface. H²MOS is a separate private operating system. Public visitors do not receive access to H²MOS records, founder tools, private workstreams, or internal data.
